Peak Electronics was founded as an individual enterprise in 1998. In the year 2000, the company was converted into a Ltd. under the name Peak Electronics GmbH. The company has its headquarter in Nackenheim, near Mainz in Germany. This is where the sales department is located. In Germany they work with numerous external laboratories and manufacturing service providers. Most of converters and drivers in their product portfolio are manufactured in Taiwan. On the other hand, the DIN Rail modules and customer-specific solution are produced in Germany.

Peak Electronics is one of the leading manufacturers of DC/DC converters and offer a wide range with more that twenty thousand (20.000) standard types. In addition to our standard types, they also offer custom designed products. This comprehensive range of products is supplemented by high performance AC/DC converters, DIN Rail modules, customer-specific power supply units, switching regulators and LED drivers.
